Lanz Shooting Supplies Ltd. and our Online Store maintain an active inventory. This feature allows you, the customer, to search our inventory to see exactly what products are in stock. If a situation occurs where the inventory is not correct, Lanz Shooting Supplies Ltd. will strive to fill the requested order at the same price in timely manner. 

However, we reserve the right to fill the order at a higher price if necessary. If this case occurs, a sales representative will contact the customer directly to discuss logistics. If the purchasing party wishes to cancel their order at this time, there will be no penalty to the customer.

Products Recalls
Occasionally, firearm manufacturers issue a “product recall.” If one of your purchases from us is recalled, Lanz Shooting Supplies Ltd., will contact you with instructions from the manufacturer regarding the nature of the recall and how to get the problem resolved. 

In most cases, if there is a factory defect, the manufacturer will cover any related fees and shipping charges. Lanz Shooting Supplies Ltd. are not responsible for any of the recall-related fees or charges.

Return Policy
New merchandise is generally under warranty by the manufacturer or importer. Terms and conditions vary, so read the warranty materials enclosed in the packaging. Any defects are the responsibility of the manufacturer or importer. 

We cannot repair or replace defective merchandise, exchange it, or give you a refund. Previously owned merchandise is sold “as is” and may not be under warranty. No exchanges are allowed for merchandise you have purchased from us without prior authorization. All sales are final.

Lanz Shooting Supplies Ltd. are not a warranty or a repair station. Any repairs or product replacement due to manufacturer’s defect is the responsibility of the manufacturer. Customers can contact the manufacturer directly for warranty or repair work.
